Adding TFS 2012 web version for the MultiSelectList control.

Description:
Version 1.0.3 of the web version of the mutlivalue control.

List of changes:

- implemented bind and unbind methods to solve issues with control not dispaying correctly in some cases
- bundled the different js files to a single one to improve performance
- fixed transparency issue, causing the dropdown to be badly readible when opened

Description:
Web Access Extension for the MultiValue control in TWA v.1.0.1

Installation guide:

Navigate in your browser to the configuration panel for the web extension of TFS:
http://[servername]:8080/tfs/_admin/_Extensions
Click on the '+'-sign and upload the provided zip-file.
Enable the extension.
(Possibly you will also need to clear your browser cache in case you had a previous version installed)

Latest changes:
- fixed issues when having more than 1 multivalue control on the same page. Id of each control is now based on the underlying fieldname in tfs.
- removed references to 'jquery.multiselect.filter.min.js' as the optional filter functionality in the dropdown is not being used
- added 'map'-files for easier debugging

Description:
Web Access Extension for the MultiValue control in TWA.
Just click the add button on the 'extensions' tab in the control panel of TWA.

Please note that this is not yet fully tested and should be considered as an alpha release.

Known issues:
- the id of the control is still fixed so only one of these controls can be used on a page currently

It's easy to change, so you can expect a fix very soon....

There were a problem of cascading events when length was greather than MaximumLenght. ItemCheck event was cascading when trying to remove last checked value.
